
This book is a must-read for anybody connected to absent father or child neglect experiences and interested in self-development. At the end of each chapter, I have provided self-help guides, and periodic tips to heal from traumatic experiences and, consequently, get better. The premise of this book is around my experience with little self-help gems for readers' life applications. I think if you want something, the best way to find it is to find someone who has figured it out. This book will serve as a pocket guide book for anyone interested in self-help, or more specifically, anyone who wants to improve their life.
